What we collect

Visiting this site: standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, if you accept them, the cookies described in the cookie statement.

Requesting a demo or a design-partner slot: the name, work email and company you give us, and anything you write in the request itself.

Using the Tearline product once you have an account: your name, work email, the runs you create and the documents you upload, scoped to your organisation’s tenant.

Why we process it

To run the site and respond to demo and pilot requests (legitimate interest), and to provide the product to signed-up organisations under contract with them.

Where it is stored

Site and product hosting: Vercel. Database: Neon (Postgres). Rate limiting and cache: Upstash.

Public Companies House filings are sent to the Anthropic API to be read. Anthropic is a sub-processor for public filings only. Client documents and tips you upload are not sent to Anthropic or to any other model provider outside the product’s own pipeline.
